☾ As much as I would love to create a custom product for you I always seem to have my hands full and am unable to offer it at this time.

☾ Instant downloads are delivered with the help of Etsy who will send them to you directly. You can always find them in your profile at the top right corner of Etsy's home page under 'Reviews & Purchases'.

☾ Due to the nature of instant downloads they are final sales & not refundable. It is the buyer's responsibility to know how to open and use them.

☾ All patterns come with basic instructions. Each stitch that is needed for embroidery patterns will include a clickable link to my blog where you can find step-by-step tutorials as well as videos in case you need a little extra help 😊

☾ PDF patterns AND finished embroidery are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Please respect my terms of use as a lot of time and love was put into creating them. All patterns & packs are registered with the US Copyright office.

☾ You may create finished embroidery art for yourself or to gift to friends or family within reason, but the pattern itself may not be shared.

☾ Please provide a valid mailing address that can be verified by USPS, otherwise I will not be able to ship your order & your order will be cancelled.

☾ Art prints are shipped in a tube usually shipped within 2-7 business days.

☾ Instant downloads are not shipped. Instead, you'll find them under your purchases below your profile at the top right of Etsy. If you have any problems opening the files please delete anything you may have downloaded and try downloading them again. It usually does the trick! If it still gives you trouble please let me know so I can help!

☾ Stick & stitch packs ship within 1 - 5 days.

☾ Linocut prints 10x12 inches & smaller will be shipped flat. All other art larger than 10x12 will be shipped in a rolling tube.

☾ Items will be carefully packaged & shipped within the time described in the listing details but please keep in mind that I am not able to control things during transit. Therefore, I cannot guarantee timely delivery & I appreciate your understanding 🙂

☾ During special circumstances such as holidays, please allow an estimated 2-4 weeks for delivery within the US.

☾ Packages that are refused will incur a 15% restocking fee and you will be responsible for all shipping & handling costs. Absolutely no refunds if you refuse your package & it becomes lost.

☾ Items will be carefully packaged & shipped within the time described in the listing details but please keep in mind that I'm not able to control things during transit & cannot guarantee timely delivery. I appreciate your understanding 🙂

☾ During special circumstances (eg. holidays & Covid) please allow an estimated 30-45 business days for delivery. Delays may also be caused by packages being held at customs where you may be required to pay additional taxes & fees.
